My Maxidas ds708 will not boot up, cannot get past initial boot up screen, any helpers?

     Hi All,

    My Maxidas ds708 will not boot up to allow me to get the password to be able to carry out any software updates. Can anyone help please?

    1. Connect your tablet to your Win PC via USB line;

    2. Open the USB storage and wait for several minutes.

    3. Then turn off and disconnect the USB connection;

    4. Restart the tablet.
