Maybe the SRS module is dead? 

Have you fixied this mod after an accedient?
If you haven't then probley its a bad wiring or a dead mod check to see that the mod is conected first

check powers, grounds, data bus communication voltages and 5volt reference, DON'T SKIP ONE, if all checks out good, replace the module/ecu/node/etc, in question, this is RULE OF THUMB  for every single  year, make, and model vehicle.   Don't forget to load test,  a voltage test means nothing without a load test, a bad ground, corroded or loose connection will give all kinds of problems and drive you insane.
