Depending on the year, make , model, and transmission  you are working on , there is a possibility a quick learn function is not even offered on the factory scanner.
   Folk , we need to put more effort in to posting  and provide way more information about what we are specifically working on here if you expect others to bother to help,  or at least confirm their tool is also missing that function and they used another brand scanner that offered said function and completed the relearn successfully .
