A Newly Purchased Autel TS501 Device Needs an Authorization to Use?

I purchased a new Autel TS501 scanner on eBay and it the mail came today. I read user's manual very carefully before making a few tests with my Lexus car tire sensors, but all failed. A screenshot message popped up saying "Authorization is not pass". What does it mean? I also made registration online with this device. Anyone who can help me?file: MT5017000171.jpg -

Try updating the card in the computer. Make sure the TS501 is off before inserting the updated card, then powered it up.
