I could punt that POS 908P!  ISTA is down & trying for about 2 hrs. to get a battery registered, it's registered but I can't edit, change the VO to set new type and capacity.
Talked to tech support (wait time about 20min.) he was more than clueless, actually very sad having a person manning the phone who doesn't have a clue about anything!
Tried manually ID the veh. changing the date to a newer veh. all to no avail!
