Need the procedure to reset AdBlue fluid level on a 2015 Sprinter van v6 -

From what i was told from the phone call i made to tech support , yes and no , Yes it can reset counts if they havent went to 0 , if they hit 0 it has to go to mercedes as i am slowly finding out there is alot this computer cant do
