Sometimes you need to go to service information and refer to the pinpoint tests for the codes you retrieved, but sometimes I'll pull the switch  and trim panel and see if I can see if the switch assembly is contaminated by soda pop or  a connector is burnt at the window motor or giving the motor a smack or jumping power and ground to it will determine if the window motor and or regulator is any good.
