My tool was working good and battery was full.  I attempted an mx-sensor programming function and got an error message "write file to sensor error".  After research I decided to update the tool.  I registered and then downloaded the pc suite.  I put the mem card in and ran the updates.  Now the tool refuses to turn ON.  Dark screen at all times - with and without mem card. with ac adapter plugged in, with car ADL connected, or holding down the ON button - there is no response at all from my tool......what happened and what can I try to fix it?
