Unable to read ESP code on Mercedes W204 with AL619

The auto-input read the correct VIN number from the car and chose the correct model C200 (W204.048). However, I got a data error message when I tried to read the ESP code. I also manually selected the model and tried other models (W212 and R172), but the AL619 is still unable to read the code. What could be the problem?file: IMG_20171126_113027.jpg
