You need to go to WIFI settings and make sure you are signed in and connected to a WIFI network that is connected to the internet.
Autel currently does not offer programming for any american makes of cars from off it's server. To do module programming You need to know what you are doing , research  things well, purchase an OE subscription and do it from off a Windows 7 pro Laptop with the Jbox, and a battery maintainer .
