If you have 2 working keys that are unique ( neither is a clone of  the other) You add program a 3rd key of the correct PATS blank  without a capable scan tool and need of a 10 minute security access wait. Cycle both the working keys from off to on for 3 seconds followed by the un -programmed key for 5 seconds , turn ignition off and then see if the  car will start .
