AL 539 B, was sold to me on ebay from their rep in California. Called Autel support, USA, was told this is a non USA model. Unit does not correctly measure battery CCA nor does it correctly work as a multi meter.

It does not matter, he has changed his name. All that matters is that folks are warned not to buy the al539b model. Any seller, especially from California, that is selling this model should be avoided.
If you plan on buying an Autel scanner, contact Autel USA before doing so.
