Not sure  what tool you are using but it looks like the tool "put the Hex on you". You didn't mention  whether this 7EB and 7E8 codes were power train codes or not , but they appear to be in Hexadecimal form.
Just find a Hex to digital converter and convert the hex to digital and you can figure that if the codes are power train codes  7EB is 2027 and 7E8 is 2024 . If they are power train codes , just figure P2027 and P2024 and suspect a evap vapor temperature sensor circuit has an issue I guess.
