Working on older  obd2  Toyota cars like from 96-99 models, they  have both the familiar 16 pin connector under dash and the proprietary older obd 1 style connectors under hood , you often need to access the under hood connector to communicate with everything , and the under dash 16 pin connector only works for generic OBD2 . My old DS 708 provided two different Toyota connectors where the Maxi Sys Pro does not include any Toyota connectors . Why were they not made for the MaxiSys?
