     I was trying to program the from headllights for Benz using Maxisystem, the error was: the internet connection is ok but does not match the SCN at the moment, what would be the problem?

     Hi,I am very sorry to tell you that this shows the tool couldn't get the scn data from benz server or autel server.for this problem,I hope you can send dataLog to us,and we will solve this problem as soon as possible.

     Thank you for your reply, 

    I tried to send the dataLog from the software but it gave me an error, I could not send the data. However, I used the MaxiTools and chose Network to test the network connection. it gave an error in two tests, the first is Test[DataLoggingFTPCheck] and the second one is Test Query server[pro.auteltech.com] Fail. 

    I do not know what to do or how to send the data. What can I do now?
