I have renewed the subscription and still can not program BMW

      I have renewed the subscription and still can not program BMW f series autel don't communicate with car in programming mode diagnostics works fine any one hew same problem?

    For the Maxisys pro this is the setup to be able to program BMW.
    For the Maxisys elite the USB Ethernet adapter is needed.
