    Tried using the service tool on the maxisys 908 and I got a vin decoding error for a Mazda 3. Can someone tell me why?

     I have the same unit, but its the BT version, did you get your issue on the Mazda resolved?? I have the same problem on a 2019 Mazda 3, wont auto decode the vin, and manually only goes to 20013. Autel Tech support is terrible.

    Its not the car, as a loaned launch, auto decoded and was into the car in less than a minute, maybe I should ditch Autel and go with Launch/Matco. lol

     Hello 
    I'm using ht 200 and I have the same problem. It does not decode the vin of a 2008 mazda 3 2.3L hbk. How can I fix this?
