First register your tool at Autel. After this you ask your vendor to authorize the language change in the language you want, by sending your vendor your serial number . Usually this is only one language. Your vendor will tell you when the authorization has been given.

Now insert an SD card into your computer. Make sure you format this card. Now open Maxi PC Suite (download from the Autel website and install this program) and install ARM. This is the only update that you will see. 

Now refresh Maxi PC Suite and you will see more updates (OBD2 and cars) to install.

Now insert SD card in your tool and change the language.

If you don't follow these steps but your vendor has authorized the language change than you will only see two options on your tool (SETUP and PLAY) in the language you have chosen. You will see that the two other options(OBD2 and SRS/ABS) will be missing.
