why can't I program m new key with my autel mk808

      I have a ford ranger 2009 and im trying to program the key and every time I try its coming up as decoding failed

     Hi, I just purchased an MK808 and it is very limited to program keys.
    If you do not decode the Vin, select the model manually, and go to HOT FUNCTIONS.

    It would be a good idea to open a post to share what cars you can code.

     I would send the log files to Autel Tech Support with en email explaining them the issue.............
