New ML619 does not communicate with 99 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel. Bosch reader at O'Reillys reads fine. Help.

     Duh.  Forgot to mention OBDII function works, but ABS function does not communicate with the Ram 3500.  The  Bosch at O'Reillys works fine and has produced problem codes.
