How do I program or activate 06 Benz new INTELLIGENT SERVO MODULE?  I cannot find the New Module setup or coding from Programming menu. But when I connect the Old Module, I can find the New module setup function in Programming menu.  Can you guide me to program the New ISM.   I useing Autel MaxiSys Elite
