    Hello Technical Support Team
    I have a Maxi Diag Elite S.N :   MD8314002110
     The device after  updated the software via the official website. I  receive a message.

     The vehicle program is not authorized Please obtain the authorization. 

    What to do with the science I have done Format Momory Card Fat 32
    I asked for support from the support team and the answer was answered but the problem is still there
    please help

     You need to send them an email with attached picture so they understand what is your problem........The other thing is why would you format your SD Card..........? its not a good idea to format your SD Card, at the same time make sure you have backed up your scan tool before you format.......
