     Every time I hit the auto scan for the VIN, or manual enter the vin,

    I get VEHICLE NOT SUPPORTED.

    I have a 2004 Chevy Suburban 1500 and an Autel MK808BT scanner.

    What's up with that?

    What happens when you select the vehicle manually? You could try uninstalling GM
    and reinstalling it.
