We have the Maxisys Elite. Trying to print from the tablet to the network printer brings up the message, "Open Adobe PDF Reader failed, please install Adobe PDF reader". We have installed and updated Adobe reader and flash on our computer. I have tried to update Adobe on the tablet, but google play won't allow me to add the device. Any ideas on what to do?

Hi there I try to turn off windows firewall and defender for 10 min and try again.

I have the same problems, Every time I go to REVIEW DATA the unit is dropped from the Device List on windows. Crappy SOFTWARE.

Same problem no cloud print since an update, messed up while trying to improve.
I now use BT to phone then share from there

Same problem here. Ever since an update I'm unable to print to Google Cloud Print. So annoying! This use to be the best way to get scan reports off the tablet onto my Google Drive. I hope they fix this soon.

AUTEL if you're reading this, you need to figure out a better way to get data from your tablet onto the cloud (ie, Google Drive, drobox, ect). Also when saving a scan to PDF, it would be best to name the file by default: VIN MAKE MODEL YEAR CURRENT DATE.PDF instead of current format: DATE TIME.PDF

I have same Problem , i put in my in my USB Stik apk APP and ist all ! And you can print!!!!
Höher , canon ! you just go adroid APP store dann dowlod apk

Pour gagner votre temps , vue que l'appli pour imprimé c'est de la ***** voici une autre manière de faire .

Le playstore n'étant pas intégré à la tablette , vous devez vous débrouiller en plus pour installer l'imprimante sur android ...

J'ai utilisé cette méthode qui n'est pas trés sécurisée mais qui fait le boulot . je vous la partage quand même

Pour une imprimante HP :

- direction le site aptoide depuis votre tablette puis télécharger l'apk (en gros c'est un playstore pas trés safe , puisque le vrais n'existe pas sur la tablette ...) , puis l'installer
- lancer le puis rechercher l'application pour l'imprimante (pour hp c'est 'module d'extention de service de hp)
- l'installer puis suivre les etape (en etant connecté au wifi)
- apres ceci retrournez dans les parametre d'android , puis imprime , maintenant votre imprimante s'affiche (Cool !)

La c'est encore une autre manipulation pour imprimé ....

J'imagine que vous avez fait un diagnostic et que vous souhaitez imprimer celui-ci , cliquez sur le coup en haut à droite sur le deuxième bouton , puis voir le PDF .
Seulement a partir de la vous pouvez cliquer sur les 3 points , partager , puis l'application HP (plug-in de service HP)
et la c'est magnifique votre imprimante est visible et vous pouvez lancer l'impression ....

Je pense que pour les autres imprimantes la procédure reste la même dans les grande ligne .

Pour éviter toute mise à jour automatique , retournez dans les paramètres android , application , rechercher aptoide , dessus , desinstaller

Voila ! J'espere que sa en aura aider quelque un !
