     My son got a hold of my scanner and he tought it was a house tablet and he erased all the scanner data please help me I need this to support my family please

    You need a current subscription or you are screwed. If you are current, it is a simple
    thing to download or call support. They will take control of your computer and set you
    up.
    You may need a new SD card and reader. They can remotely set up the SD card for
    you.
