I am having trouble with registration. What is supposed to be entered into the register password box?

     I have tried my Autel ID, Password and Autel name. I have entered the serial number shown on my screen but I still get an error message "wrong registered serial number entered". I just purchased it new from Amazon.  Does anyone know what this means?

    The  device’s  serial  number  and  password  is  located  in  the  About
    section of the Settings application on the tool . The tool password is no the same as your account password. Some hand held devices don't need registration.

     I can't register, I put all the details in and get a ''this product has been registered' but nothing happens. Every time I log in it is as if the device is not registered. No response from customer support today.

    Any help greatly appreciated.
