Do I have to hard reset my AUtel Maxysis just to add an additional SD card?

I was trying to add an SD card, I have a Sandisk 32gb Class 10 installed. But it is not allowing me to utilize this. Do I need to reset my Autel before it can add the SD card? It is being read by the tablet, but it is not allowing me to get more updates -

I have already post the fix for this problem all you need to do was bit of research here on the forum anyways, here is my post just go through it and you will know how to do it......(The ONLY SD Card is supported by Maxisys is 16gb)so don't waste your time using any other SD Card.......http://pro.autel.com:6688/autelsupport/Diagnostic%20System/27129.jhtml?logoTypeId=94&typeName=MaxiSys
