My mk808 has lost the free update package? And car make icons are now black and white. Lost their colours

    My mk 808 which is around 4 months old has lost the update package, also the once coloured car make icons are now black and white.
    Havent had any help from customer support.....

     Where did you buy your tool from and in which area are you living see which support team covers you if nothing happens than try emailing USA support team I am sure they will help you...
