Ok, so I bought this AL329, scanned the vehicle (a 2011 Jeep Wrangler), connected the device to my Win 8 PC, installed Maxi PC Suite, updated the device, selected "Upload Data Log Mode" on the device and nothing happens.  The device just sits there and says "Data Log Uploading".  Nothing uploads that I can find.  The manual is insufficient and doesn't even talk about uploading the data.  I know there are logs there somewhere.  But, how do you get to them after you disconnect from the vehicle and connect to the PC.  What a piece of junk!
