    Hi we have a 2013 mereceds e220 when trying to connect the tablet just reboots does
    the same on autodetect and through the mereceds option

    If your subscription is expired, I think you lose Mercedes coverage. I'll try and connect
    with WiFi turned off and see what happens, I'll let you know.

    If your subscription is expired you can still use your tool without any problems the Autel Tools don't lock up, have you tried it on any other software or, any other type of cars and see if its still doing the same for other software....? By the way what type of tool is this.......?
