Bought unit because you said it will force regenerate diesel particulate filter on all cars.Bought it, registered it, updated itAND it only works on up to 2013 GM vehicles.I need an update to cover at least 2014 vehicles..It is 6 years old.2014 chevy cruze diesel 2.0 diesel enginePLEASE HELP -

By posting here on forum will not help you fix your tool you need to send the log files to the person who told to buy this tool.......LOLSend your log files to Autel Tech Support so they can have a look where the problem is......

+1!!I have the same problem with a RAM 3500 2012. It won't let me run a DPF Regen. Says my ECM is out of date. Ran a SNAP-On with it, and low-and-behold, I can run it with that. I opened a case with Autel and they said "Well do you know if your ECM is out of date?" According to the dealer, its not. Its up to date for my make and model.
