I have emailed them on your behalf hopefully they will look in to it and fix the issue asap...................

I ran in to this issue today. I called tech support and the took control of my laptop and
fixed the problem. The problem was not with the Jbox. I was trying to watch what he
was doing and it looked to me like he selected the Jbox on the first screen that pops up
when you start the SPS. It's that grey box that comes up that we always pressed the
"skip" button. I guess now you may have to select the tool that you are using instead of
"skip". I asked him if I have to select the tool every time from now on , he said that he is
not sure. I wished I saved a screen shot of the window that I'm talking about. It's the
only window with a skip button.

 Anyone get this figured out?

Try running IE11 as an adminisrator and make sure you install the J2534 wrapper
when prompted. The wrapper will not install unless you run internet explorer with
administrative privliges. You must open IE up with a right click and select "run as
administrator". This must be done everytime that you open IE or you can not install
thewrapper.
Make sure that you select MaxiFlash Pro when selecting you tool make.
