If you are using a MaxiSys platform  or even a DS708 or DS808 and have the Ford App on your tool , I believe you should be able to program and add immobilizer  keys after a 10 minute security access wait with the key on , so it would be wise to hook up a battery charger to the vehicle before starting. I am not sure about all keys lost though. You may need to start off using a working key .
