Did you try to do parts replacement adaptation from the Control Module Adaptation options.............?

  initiate nox sensors ,  turn key on ,step on gas peddle to floor and hold for 10 sec keep holding down and turn ignition to off ,release gas pedal wiat 2 min turn key on and press gas peddle 2 times hold down on second push for 10 sec keep holding turn off ignition release peddle wait 2 min see if will start no then  use a cheap scan tool to delete count down like a jegs 8977 at walmart high end tools wont delete it because they decode the vin first!!!!! cheap ones just delete everything!! good luck!!!! try adaptation through gateway module!!
