    I noticed there is no Air Conditioning functions for this vehicle. Is there any chanced it would be available?

     Look in engine controller live data and check data and often you're able to see Air Conditioning related PIDS like AC clutch command , lo speed fan / hi speed fan on or off , Hi side and low side AC pressure sensor, etc.
