     Just wondering if anybody out there knows if the MS 906 will program body control modules

     You will need to buy the autel that comes with the J2534 module. Then you can flash modules, but you will need a subscription from the car maker to be able to flash. There is no tool out there that can flash GM modules. Not sure why, but GM programming is done through them. Some other car makers as well, chrysler being another.
