The vehicle program is not authorized

I just bought a MaxiTPMS TS601 from amazon, when I turn it on it tells me "The Vehicle program is not authorized please obtain the authorization!" shows a OK and wont do anything, I can only turn it off and when I turn it on, it boots and shows the same message.Please advise.file: IMG_4489.JPG -

Thank you for the link, my TS601 does not boot into the menu, it just goes directly into the screen I attached to this page.I think the issue is that I had another TS601 in my Maxi PC Suite and some how the SD card on the new one was updated as the old one and the issue I think is with the SD card, is there a way I can get a fresh copy of the software for the SD card and copy it over and try to register and update again? -
