Hopefully someone from Autel can shed some light on my recent issues.

I bought this diagnostic computer (DS808) to save me loosing work by not being able to diagnose faults. I chose this computer instead of a Snap On unit... Obviously a lot cheaper & should be as capeable.

So far its been decent but would not communicate with engine control unit on a Seat Altea XL why? It does a full scan OK?

Another issue it would not reset a Nissan Juke 2013 petrol service light I had to do this manually.
