    Is the maxisys MS906 BT able to change the speed limiter on a 2011 Chevy express. Has a setting of 70mph right now.

        My guess is if it is possible any longer , it would be to only lower the speed limiter. Keep that Overloaded POS with the ladders stacked on the roof in the right lane behind  Semis tractors sucking diesel fumes where it and all the Ultimate Driving Machines with  @holes behind the wheels belong! LMAO :-))
