MS908BT screen problems. No difference after replacing front panel.

     Hi.
    I have problems with the screen of an MS908BT. The screen was working very bad, comletely lost it's  sensitivity. Now whole front pannel is replaced and two switches are unsoldered from the main board as it is specified in the instructions. (Main board 1649 MY906TS_V4).
    New screen seems to respond even worse.
    The device can be operated with the mouse, so the problem is definitely with the touch panel.

    Please let me know if you have any ideas.
