Check function viewer to see if your make model year is listed and  supported .If it is, I think you also might need the APB112 Smart Key Emulator.

I Have checked with vehicle coverage but doesn't give year. It's say ALL. I tried but can't read EEPROM data.

This is a video on a 2017 model I watched I don't know if this might be of any use for 2019 model .The guy is pretty knowledgeable and presents his points pretty well in a slick power point presentation but always  talks like he has his personal  Autel engineers at his beck and call which I doubt.

My first job for my new IM508 was a bust .I tried to simply add a used Toyota Smart key for a customer that he bought off Ebay for a 2013 Camry Hybrid and the tool (as far as I could tell) offered no way to reset or virginize a used Toyota Smart key to be able to be used on another Toyota vehicle. My Maxi Sys Elite should have been able to add a new Smart key and I guess  it can't work with a used Smart key that hasn't been reset and virginized to wipe the old vehicle ID from the key. You would think the IM tool which can read system information on the car would have a feature that after reading the vehicle system would also offer a clear function to read the key compatability in the key programmer and give you a simple go , no go, or key locked to another vehicle ID before proceeding with anything further.
