     shows 3 errors but when looking threw it says nothing for any of the code options says nothing found than hard codes option says mode not supported ? what can i do , bought the al619 used it right out the box pls help

     Check your vehicle fuses , try another scan tool. Maybe a no com from loose change getting in vehicle  lighter socket or power port or shorted USB charging cable and popped a fuse.If not send the Turd back
