how can i get the serial number of the scanner if i can not access the tool

     I received the tool without a tf card. i want to register the tool but i can not go into the tool to get the serial number for registration

    Ask the person where you bought it from it should come with S D Card, for your S/Number try going in to settings>>about>> and you will find the S/Number and the password to register your tool.... But, before you register contact the seller, so he can send you the S D Card once you have registered the tool he might not help you.

    That just  looks like a cheap code reader with no need to register the thing. You install Maxi Link2 onto your Pc  To downloaded free update files for the tool onto your PC, then start Maxi Link 2 , select your code reader and plug it into the PC with the provided USB cable.I don't believe it requires any SD card, even if it looks like there is a spot. Read the instructions
