I have software Ver. 11.30 for GM. When I try to read "Live Data" for the ECU I get an error dialog box that pops up stating that it can't communicate or in another live data category, it will show data that isn't updating and the error dialog pops up stating the same error message when I try to page down. I tried this with two different vehicles (2000 TRK and a 2004 SUB) and got the same issues. If I do live data under the generic OBD option, it works fine. Before updating the software, I didn't have this issue. Is there a way that I get the software version before 11.30? Is anyone else having this issue and is it fixable?

 I tried contacting Autel and they pretty much told me to go pound sand when I asked for a older version of the GM software as they don't support discontinued models. I don't think it's corrupted software as Witsend has suggested as I have tried deleting and reinstalling it with the same results.
