     Hi guys, 

    I have just registered my new Diaglink, i have downloaded the Maxi PC Suite for Mac but when i try to connect it to the PC suite it comes up with this message

    "The device to which the account is bound is not supported"

    Any help would be appreciated

     So i have watched a video which says i should be downloading Diaglink specific software, but i cannot find this anywhere?

     PC suite supports multiple devices but you need to make sure your device is listed  as one the supported devices for PC suite. Alot of code readers and TPMS tools use MaxiLink2 with MaxiLink 2 you have to select the correct tool from the list or you will get error

     Thanks for your reply.
    So it turns out that the PC Suite for Mac does not support as many devices as the PC Suite for Windows.
    Luckily i also have a windows laptop which i was able to use and it then worked.
