Maybe it's on FCA's end if Autel isn't bowing and kissing their @ss enough and Optimized their software on the earlier stuff down enough to their liking yet, so they're holding back on allowing more than just data and clearing codes?
Maybe you just have to let your customer and your legislators know that FCA wants to deny you right to repair your vehicle by make it harder and more expensive for you and mechanic of your choice to fix their vehicles, that IMO already seem to have more issues than the Industry norm , and that ,any time after the warranty is up, customers at their discretion should be able to go to the dealer and have Chrysler delete these SGMs free of cost.
