You need a master key simulator. Autel sells them. There is a way to create a master
key but I'm not sure how. The tool warns you that you MUST have a working master
key to program keys to a Toyota. Buy the key simulator.

Hello, can you please tell me if there is a solution for the complete loss of Lexus smart keys in Toyota 2017-2021? We have im 608 and APB 112

You have to read the EEPROM data via OBD. If that fails, you can remove the
immobilizer and clamp on to the EEPROM and read then save the data. You can then
use the data to generate the APB 112 simulated key. You MUST have internet
    connection when doing this.

Hello, as I understand YOU are talking about the smart key unit, it needs to be removed and read, there is no separate memory chip in the unit, but there is a processor and it stores information about the keys, but it is locked (smart key 89990-10020). You can write step-by-step instructions on how to program a smart key in case of complete loss. Toyota c -hr 04.2017 year of manufacture
