My new ML629 scanner (made 4/1/2020) works well for all other makes and years, but for the 2016 Traverse I'm working on, the available years stop at 2013 and no traverse models are listed at all.  I don't see any software updates available and the unit doesn't communicate with the vehicle.  Any thoughts?
