2004 Chevy Impala 3.4 liter won't crank or start

B2960Security system sensor data incorrect but valid. Did a transmission swap,and now it won't start security light is on, after trans was installed going threw the gears w/running I notice a leak from driver side CV axle, turn off parts store had to orde it two days later part on put mk808 obd cleard codes now can't crank it or start it I've tried bypassing everything and nothing. I couldn't believe all that happen by clearing out codes please help me -

TSB 04-08-47-003 deals with this issue. It has to do with the BCM connectors.
Clearing the code had nothing to do with it.
Your not getting the correct passlock signal from the ignition switch. You could read
the voltage signal with the scan tool and if it looks reasonable do a 30 minute relearn
and start the car.
