I have a 2003 Silverado/regular cab/4.8 eng. Every time I move the driver's seat forward or back the check air-bag light and message will come on and stay on for a while then go out.  When I scan for SRS codes with the Autel ML629 in gives me a code of B0026.  Could it be the driver's seat position sensor?  Any ideas would be appreciated. Also I forgot to mention that if when sitting in the seat and driving down the road if I bounce up and down on the seat a little bit it will also turn the air bag message and light on.  This will also store a code B0026. Thanks

A special thanks to Promaster for his help on this air bag problem on my 2003 Silverado.  The GM bulletin #05-09-41-001B was correct in fixing my problem.  The yellow 4-way connectors C221 and C222 located behind the driver's side kick plate was the problem.  All I did was unplug and plug back in the 2 plugs (C221 & C222) that connect to each other 5 or 6 times.  Then I took the Autel ML 629 code reader and erased the code (B0026).  The air bag light and message have not came back on since.  I forgot to mention I disconnected the negative battery terminal before working on the yellow plugs.  Thanks again!
